Our Mission
Curb Violent Culture
South Africa has one of the highest rates of violence in Africa.
- Violence and its effects; robbery, rape, domestic violence, human trafficking, murder and so much more (including Homelessness) continue to wreak havoc in our lives, as a country we are fine with it, as a community we just don’t care, as families we only protect our own but for how long?, and as individuals we are just sitting back and watching helplessly.
- The frustration, the anger and the pain continues to grow within individuals, their families and the greater community at large, resulting in the increased Violence. People just don’t care and the spirit of Ubuntu is non-existent.
Our strategic priorities up to 2035 are:
- To reach 10 000 000 people – #AFWATOTFAV Campaign - #1MillionTs
- To create 1 000 000 sustainable employment opportunities – Voice It In Action Representatives and other opportunities…
- To educate VIIA Ambassadors (students) – The Classroom just got bigger…
A Safe, Cleaner and Sustainable community is possible through combined efforts #VOICEITINACTION.

“To unite and fight against Violence” - good men/mankind needs to stand against violence anywhere and everywhere, also take action when exposed to it. Action which are not violent but preventative in order to reduce this problem.

“To educate and empower individuals for the future” - Education plays a key role in changing the problems faced in the world, and also to create awareness on violence. This needs to happen to get potential solutions that can reach future generations with a good message to reignite the spirit of “Ubuntu” in South Africa.

VIIA is an organisation with limited resources. Currently all activities and programs have been running from a volunteer basis, with various spaces being sponsored for the objectives to be achieved.
